Blue Sky Consulting Group was founded on a simple idea: organizations don't always need another report or a prescribed solution. Sometimes they need an experienced leader who can step in, understand what's really happening, and help move things forward.
I work alongside CEOs, leadership teams and boards to bring clarity to complex issues, strengthen the way organizations operate, and turn priorities into practical action.
Leadership From Inside Organizations
I've spent more than 25 years helping organizations navigate the realities of growth, change and complexity from inside the organization not from the sidelines.
Over the course of my career, I've served as COO, CFO, Vice President, Administration and Chief Administrative Officer, as well as twice stepping into the role of Interim CEO. I've led finance, human resources, technology, facilities and real estate, security, strategic planning and other organization-wide functions.
That experience shaped how I approach consulting today. I understand that the best answer on paper isn't always the best answer for an organization. Solutions have to work for the people who will implement them, fit the organization's resources and culture, and be practical enough to sustain after the consultant leaves.

Throughout my career, the work I've found most rewarding has been helping organizations figure out what's getting in their way and then working with people to make it better.
Sometimes the answer is financial. Sometimes it's a process, a system, a management challenge or simply a lack of clarity about who owns what. Usually, it's a combination of things.
Blue Sky gives me the opportunity to bring everything I've learned across finance, operations, people and organizational leadership to organizations that can benefit from that experience without assuming they need another full-time executive or consulting engagement.
I don't come in believing I already know the answer. I come in ready to listen, learn, ask questions and help find an answer that works for the organization.
